Does anyone know a good method for masking the passenger windows on airliners? I need to glue the windows on before putting both sides of the fuse together, but the painting will obviuosly have to come after I fill the seam, so I need to mask them. Reading around the board It seems there are tricks for everything so I’m looking forward to your ideas!

The easiest actually is not to glue the windows provided in the kit and bin them! Later, after completion of the painting and decalling (possibly also weathering), you can replicate the windows with stuff such as Kristal Klear, Humbrol’s Clearfix or even better if you can find it where you live, Ross’s Blue Gel glue (in Walmart’s!). All those are easy to apply with a cocktail stick, can be removed easily with water in case of boo-boo, and dry clear!
Better yet, but this involves more work: fill in all the windows with putty (you’ll need to glue a strip of plastic inside the fuselage), sand smooth then paint your kit and use window decals available from a number of manufacturer…
I agree with djmodels - don’t use those kit windows! I’ve used Kristal Kleer, with very convincing results, on numerous airliner models.
I’ve also filled in the windows on one occasion because it was a better solution for that particular livery and yes, it’s a lot of work.
