HI out there!! I have been building and flying vario model helis for a number of years and only reacently found tamiya motorbikes (motorbikes are my next love) thay are as you will all know very good quality. I have built a 12th scale and a revele 8th scale which I found the quality was not up to Tamiya and I am know hooked . From a well known shopping site I bought a 6th scale Honda CX 500 Turbo 16035, I think this scale will be beter for me , There is always a but ! BUT ! The manual is in Japanese ! Has anyone got the manual in English or know were I can get it from ??? HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP A NEW AND STRUGGLING MODEL BUILDER !! kind regards !! TO YOU ALL!!
Other than sourcing a instruction sheet online or through Tamiya USA in English the best approach would be:
Study the diagrams carefully, test fit the parts several times to be sure correct fit.
Build in sub-assemblies like motor, front forks ect.
If you have built another bike the assembly probably will be similar, use that as a guide.
Have pictures of the real 1/1 bike as a reference, or better yet a mechanical diagram break down like a service manual.
Good luck, if still intimidated shelve the kit and build a few other bikes before tackling this one. Ask to see the instructions to be sure they have a English version.
