Does Radio Shack or some other supplier have a "do it yourself " kit for making your own photo etched parts? What would you need to make them yourself?
They may have a photoetching kit, but you’d be more likely to find one at a real electronics supply store.
A shop that does lithographs or photographic reproductions can produce the printed acetate needed to expose the photo resist - you can provide them with original artwork using Autocad or any number of other formats, but always ask them what kind of file they need - dwg/pdx/jpg/bmp - whatever. They will tell you what they need.
Good luck

Used to be able to get a product called “Etchant” and also release pens from Radio Shack.
The articles in http://www.philmore-datak.com/DATAK.htm could be interesting to you, check for the neg-fast product they have it could be an alternative to make the artwork; most of the electronics stores, like Radio Shack, sell the etchant solution (Ferric Chloride ). Good luck with your project.
