Making striped ejection seat handles. (Picture-heavy)

I’ve never had much success painting these (in small scales, at least), so I adopted this method of scratchbuilding the loop-type handles with colored thread. The 6" length mentioned will do about 4 seats in 1/72, with excess for cutting and handling.

Any thoughts or comments welcome.

I have read of doing that with wire. This is a nice “twist” on that technique… :wink:
