I posted the following message yesterday: “I once heard that you can add baby powder to glossy paint to make it flat. Is this true? I cannot locate a particular color in flat that I am using to assemble a B-17. Does anyone have an idea?”

Glad it worked for you. How did you apply your paint after adding the baby powder, brush or airbrush?
There’s an easier way. Get a hammer, put the bottle of paint on a smooth, hard surface, and pound away until it’s as flat as you need it to be.
I think I’ll go play on the freeway now …
I applied with a brush since the area was so small.
Talcum powder works best to flatten.
