I am planning to build Tamiya’s M8 Greyhound. At first glance and from the reviews I ahve read it seams like a really nice kit. My question revolves around the Aber Detail set 35072 and the Verlinden Interior set 1453. Has anyone used these sets yet? I read a review on PMMS on the Verlinden set, but I don’t care for their PE, So I think I will get both.
I used the Verlinden 1442 engine & compartment & the 1453 interior set on my build. If you use the engine kit, you will need to have the engine covers proped open and then you can’t see much. The same is true with the interior kit. You will need the hatches open and the turret removeable to get a good look at your work. If I had to do it again, I would not bother with any after market goodies and build it oob.
