Im with you hans on the short attention span, its why I rarley finish a kit, heh. 3 weeks to complete this monster though, so that should leave you what… a week and a half to goof around?
Look at the chair in the hull it made me think… you ever think a GI took the seat out of their tank or vehichle and just replaced it with an easy chair taken from asome poor frenchman’s house? (I know I would, a M3 pimped out with a leather easy chair)
I dunno about an easy chair (can’t say it never happened, that’s for sure) but when I was the Brigade NBC NCO, me & the Supply Daddy bought a set of BMW leather seats from a junk yard for our Humvees…
It’s possible that they’re ramming staff-sections, but they’re pretty short for that… There’s four sections on that part, and they don’t measure out long enough to be a ramming staff… They miss the mark by about a 1/4 inch…
I just figured out what they are! Eureka! On page 16, is listed the two bows and then 4 bow sides – the vertical extensions which connected the bows to the upper fighting compartment walls. It make sense.
