Sorry guys, this model was done sometime ago, cant for the life of me remember who made this kit! CRS is creepin up on me,lol! Back then when this m47 was built I was into a bit of modern armour, when I say modern armor I mean anything from Korea to the present. I did do an m48 in the Korean tiger cammo but never got pics of her. As you can see this was an early vig, ground cover wasn
t up to what Im doing now,the blue rubble somehow doesn
t quite match the wall.
Thanks for takin a look. cheers.[:)]
I really like the weathering on the model. The tank looks great. I think that is probably an Italeri/Testors M47. I have one by Italeri and I think they are the only company who sell the M47.
Russ, you can tell the difference in your ground work from then until now. Blue rubble? The tank is done very well as usual.[tup][tup]
That looks Awesome. Thanks for sharing, I love to see all the fantastic stuff you all do.
Thanks Erik, you`ve shed some light on this old modelers memory.
Looks great Russ. Ain’t it funny how we get better with time like a fine wine? That could also be the cause of your CRS too!!! You know too much wine? Thanks for showing us your work buddy it’s always enjoyable. Semper Fi, mike
[:D]Sasd, your jit looks great from where i sit.[:D]

As mentioned, it must be the Italeri kit. Renwal also offered one (in 1/32), but it looks nowhere near as good as the Italeri kit.
Great job, Sasd! The M47 is one of my favorite tanks (thanks mainly to “Battle of the Bulge!”).
Thanks for sharing another great work.
Well done. I wish I could weather like that. Thanks for sharing.
Nice look
Thad
Thanks everyone for all your comments, they are very appreciated! As for the wine Mike, sorry dont drink any alcohol,I like models too much but it could be the meds I
m forced to take now, sucks man!
Tigerman, its not a hard process to learn and once you pick up on it you
ll wonder what the fuss was all about! E-mail me,I can help.
Sasd, nice m-47 ! [tup]
Nice dusty, grimy tank, very nice
Go ahead J-Hulk show them those nasty tiger tanks from “the Battle of the Buldge” movie
The weathering looks awesome. Really faded and weather beaten without looking overdone.
