Here it is. I gave up on waiting for Academy to send me the replacement tracks ( of coarse they will probally arrive tommorow) and used both the vinal and the indis to make them work. Still need to work on the mud on the ramp a bit if I can come up with the same color again as the ground work. Maybe next time I will write down the mixture. Now on to the important stuff, the pics.
Eric- Whats next, armor wise I don’t really know. Have the scratchbuilt firetruck that is my main focus right now and that wingy thing is on the bench to. Do have a few kits on the shelf to choose from though. Maybe a Challenger is the next possibility.
Dwight- Still working on that. Not one of my stronger areas for sure. [;)]
Looks really good Chris! I think your coloring with regard to the dirt and mud is right on. I have memories of that damn red mud and dirt, it was into everything we had over there. keep up the great work. semper fi, mike
Wow, been looking forward to seeing this finished. Great job Chris.
I really like the subtle edge of mud on the side panels.
What did you use for your groundwork on the dio base?
BTW, if you’re going to do a chally, wait for September and join the rest of us in the commonwealth GB.
