Here’s my paint mix color, not sure if it’s close to Israel tank color. I mixed Tamiya paint XF-20, XF-49, 50/50 MIX. The colors are medium grey, khaki. Opinions please
I’m not an expert but it looks pretty close to me. Seems like maybe the M1s were mostly about like this while the later M-50 and M-51 variants were more sandy colored.

From what I’ve read, IDF armor colors depend upon the time period. In the ‘56 Suez War, the vehicles were in whatever scheme that they were delivered in. For Shermans that would be OD or French Army Green. In the 1967 6 Day War, they were in IDF Sand Gray. I don’t believe that any were still around in service for the 1973 October War. If they were, they would likely have been in the IDF Sand Gray.
