Here is the first of three techmanual pages:
http://www.ferreamole.it/contributi/marco_g/m36_01.htm
(go to “successiva” to get to subsequent pages).
Also lots of great shots in Squadron/Signal’s “Walk Around, US Tank Destroyers”
Besides Hunnicutt’s “Sherman” book, I don’t know where to direct you as far as the field applied up armoring you’re referring to.
Thanks ericadeane. To bad I cank read Italian[:D][swg][:(]
Here’s a link to a free online translator…
http://www.worldlingo.com/en/websites/url_translator.html
Just paste the link for the Italian M-36 page in for the URL, set the translator to go from Italian to what ever language you prefer, and let it rip. The nice thing is, if you click on a link, the following page will be translated too.
It certainly isn’t perfect, but it normally is enough to get the gist of what’s going on.
Here’s another link you can try:
I have a few M36 pics on my site. Here’s the link:

Here’s a couple.

Thanks everyone.
colo_artist, That translator’s very nice. Thanks. BTW, I’m building the 1/72 Extratech/Eduard M-36.
