I have a picture of my Dad standing in front of his tank so im building a diorama of an M4A3E8 with this figure in front, what i’m looking for is a GI in fatiges and a tank top type t shirt,ive looked through verliden,squadron,yanks etc.and haven’t found anything if need be ill even use several kits to make the one any clues or help would be greatly appreciated thanks all
See if you can find the Italeri Marine set. There is a figure in that who’s wearing a tank top (the style worn by basketball players) You might have to graft this to the correct style pants and head, but it better than “undressing” a figure. Also, Preiser has “academy” style figures, multi part nudes you can pose and dress. Also, Andrea’s “hellraiser” their interpretationof Rambo, is wearing a tank top, but this would need a lot of work to get where you want to be.
