Looking for Korean war Corsair decals...

Marine or Navy.

What scale?

Superscale made a set with a couple of USMC units from the Korean war, I know it has VMF-214 on it, don’t recall the other. I have it in 1/72, I would guess that it was produced in 1/48 as well.

I have the same memory problem. I built the old Hasegawa 1/48 F4U-4 (still a nice kit) in a Korean War scheme with a large rattlesnake on the starboard side of the engine cowling. The sheet was Superscale or Microscale (this was around the time the company split up into two separate entities) and the other plane on the sheet was from the Argentinian navy. But that’s all I remember, other than it was quite a nice sheet, especially considering how few of those Corsairs carried any kind of colorful markings.

There have been several sheets for Korean era Corsairs from companies such as Aeromaster, Eagle Strike, Superscale, etc. You didn’t specify scale, but 1/48 & 1/72 should be available. Do a decal search at Squadron or Great Models sites & you should find something.

Here are a few, some are probably out of production by now but may be available on ebay.
