looking for F-35 Lighting II ??? and AC-130 Gunship in 1:48

i was wondering if anyone knew if the made a 1:32 F-35 Lighting II model? and do they or is their a AC-130 Gunship in 1:48

there is indeed a Gunship in 1:48. I have one in my collection [unbuilt] and I can tell you it is huge! IIRC, it is an AC-130U

Italeri has done the AC-130A and AC 130U in 1/48. I have not yet heard of any F-35s in 1/32. I think the manufacturers are waitng to see if it really comes to pass before making a kit in that scale.

I know of an Testors 1/48 AC-130A that is for sale. I would have to get ahold of the guy to get the details.

Be careful what you wish for on the AC-130

That is the Italeri C-130J in 1/48 a few days ago… I just got done with the paint/decals/flat coat a few minutes ago The decals were a silverfest.

I have been hunting for the AC-130 in the same scale myself… It seems to be presently out of production, but can be found on ebay, so be prepared for some sticker shock.

I would love a 1/48 F-35 myself… I wouldn’t expect anything from the big manufacturers until the first squadron is operational though… They have been burned before on prototypes.

You do know that PANDA makes (made?) a F-35 in 1/48 scale? At Arms length it kinda looks like what a F-35 will look like. Very simple kit.

Italeri makes a JSF in 1/48 also. I got one at a real good price, but i cant vouch for fit and accuracy. Still unbuilt.
