I wanted to build a very early “Operation Battleaxe” Crusader Mk.I with Caunter scheme… Well, I’m not able to get the Military Modelling Magazine, so I gave up about finding proper info for the conversion or the exact pattern of the Caunter 3-tone scheme, so I decided to do something easier. I’ve seen a Crusader tank, painted in sand, it had the late style exhaust, half length fenders and covered wheels, I remember it said “Mk.I” but I have only one pic and the gun mantlet is not visible… If anyone has more info (more pics of tanks alike or some info about the markings), I’ll give it a good use. Oh yes, I forgot… Which tone of sand is the best match for those British vehicles? Thanks a lot in advance. Best regards.
