You are going to get tons of opinions. Get what you an afford. Hobby Lobby has some good ones if you come with a 40% coupon.
I’ll throw out my CO2 reccomendation. 10LB tank and regulator runs about $100 - maybe cheaper if you look at refurbished tanks. Totally silent :). I refilled recently for around $10.00
