Would anyone know where I might find a motorized turntable big enough to hold a 1/12 scale car for a display?

I would prefer one that was motorized. Something with a very slow rotation

Try charity shops, for an old record player, then a model railway transformer to control the speed. Hows that for a first thought? Whether it will work is another matter!
