I’m just asking, since i haven’t found anywhere, and i want to detail my Revell USS Enterprise hangar with material and pallets…

Nothing out there that I know of…but Skywave does a set of vehicles and the like for their 1/700 landing craft…maybe you can convert something from there.

You may be able to make tow tractors out of small pieces of plastic or balsa wood. They’re rather boxy anyway. You could also use tooth picks glued together for tow bars. May be possible to build pallets and hose and reel stations. Expierment. If you can find flight deck figures, or equipment use that as well.
