looking for 1/35 trailer tie downs

Hi all I am looking for 1/35 trailer tie downs, the ones you use with chain, I have seen 2 types one is a rachet and the other is like a lever that has hooks on both sides to hook to the chain and then you tighten them to hold the viehical down. I do not know the names of them but does any AM make them?thanks
