I was given Testors 1/72 scale Corsair and as Im sure you know, that kit is beyond basic. I decided to have a bit of fun with the build and added: a full cockpit, a new canopy, intake ducts, wheel wells, new landing gear, rear wheel and bay, new prop, extra exhausts and a super shiny finish.

What green metallic is that, BTW?
The metallic is Testors Lacquer “lime Ice” my lil sis got it for me for Xmas. She thought it was a pretty color. Thats one of the reason I decided on a race plane. I didnt know what else to use it on! lol 
I think it’s a cool color too… I’ve been toying with a Whiffy air-racer myself.

Hard to say, but I’ve toyed with the idea of turning an FW-190A-series into one… it has that muscular look that appeals to me. Pretty much any excuse to try out some of the new iridescent colors from MM.
