Light Sheet

I’ve heard about some lighting material called light sheet, but I can’t seem to find a place online where I can learn more about it. Can anyone help me figure out how it works, and where I can look at some?

The company you’re are looking for is Miller Engineering. They produce a series of photo etched buildings under the name Micro Structures in HO and N scale. They also produce a series ofelectroluminescent light kits under the name Light Works USA. Try this:

Thanks for this post guys, I’ve got a new idea to light my Millenium Falcon kit!

I am not sure if this is the material involved, but I read a article from “Starship Modeller” site (I think it was there can’tfind it now)

Someone was scratchbuilding a Romulen Warbird. Since the tail section was to thin to run fiber optics, he tried Light Sheet. The heat produced melted the tail section. I don’t wish to stifle your creativity, but I don’t want you to melt your Falcon either. Just don’t place it next to thin sections of styrene.

Happy Modeling

Qmeister “ofelectroluminescent” say that ten times real fast

Well, if my thumb knew where the space bar was, it would make saying it a little easier.
