liberator conversions

does anyone know of any good conversion to turn revellogram’s B-24D into an H model?
thanks
tom

I’d just look up the older monogram b-24J (It’s OOP, but you should be able to find one on ebay). then all you’d have to do is modify a few minor things to get the “H”. hope that helps![{(-_-)}]

that is good advice.except my dad wont let buy stuff on ebay.
ill see if there is someone who owes me a favour

there might be some other sites that sell it, try a google search for something like “monogram 1:48 b-24j”, and you might also be able to find it at a hobby shop, thought that’s pretty unlikely.

Koster Enterprises does a conversion kit that will change a Lib D to any Front turreted model. It has a vaccu-formed nose and a front turret. You just have to cut out the proper windows. I did it back in the 80’s and it worked great.

dROP A NOTE AT RARE PLANE DETECTIVES. tHEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND A KIT FOR YOU.

OR VISIT c. a. hOOD aSSOCIATES, THEY ALWAYS HAVE HARD TO FIND KITS.

(sorry about the caps lock - I was doing some tech drawings and annotations are always in caps.)

thanks for the advice guys.
i checked e bay and couldtn find anything
about that Cutting Edge Conversion. that has reccessed panel lines and i do NOT want to rescribe the whole plane so that outta the question

im planing on buying the koster conversion as used by our very own Matt Swan on his B-24.
no rescribinh.thanks god

Or, you could just “hole out” the nose, calling it flak damage [D)]
