Nice to see the big Leo finished and weathered up. The subtle shades between all the panel lines really bring this model to life. I had no idea these two kits were so huge. Definitely wouldn’t have thought that the Leo 1 was bigger.
Those monsters are beautiful!
WOW!!!
Now make a diorama…
Thats awesome!
Very nicely done. Love the weathering. Tiger33
thank you all.
I have some WWII tanks, all full option, so they can fight each other. also I have 1/16 Jeep and Kubelwagen, so Dio is not too hard to do.
But for my modern tanks, I have Leo1, leo2 and Gepard, all are full option. they are good looking and function well. but I do not have any support vihecles or enemy tanks to fight.
Will Tamiya make 1/16 T90? or somebody else?
tomzag,
Looking really nice. Just one question. Where do you park your car at night?[:D]
Joe
Really great stuff Tomzag.
tomzag, damn, you are AWESOME!!!
Excellent builds.
Regards, Rick
Nice work on the finish up Tomzag. The panel lines look great.
Beautful camo and weathering. Thanks for sharing.

how is your leopard coming along?
tlkhank you all, maybe some day, we will fight together. tamiya 1/16 rc tank is fun to fight with each other.
Looks awesome, I love the top view shot[:)][tup]
I love the NATO camo pattern too.
What did you do to protect the paint finish?
I used to spray a Testor or other brand Dull coat over the modle after it is done. but I found it still look shinny. so I quit doing that. I try to not use decal at all, and spry or hand paint all insignia and markings. but use the decal for very complicated design.
what do yo use to protect model and do not get shinny look.
Well in a word it’s not! Waiting on May 1st (Mad Leopard Week). All I can do until then is look at the box [:D]
Panther44,
i park my car on top of my desk and park my leo infront of the house:)
I-beam,
your leo will look great on top of my leo? one time I went to Danville for battle day, there is a group of people who play military board game, they have 1/288? tanks, they look very real too. I put one on top my porch king tiger, man, looks like my tank commander has his own rc tank.
Beautiful workmanship! My wifes Volkswagen would be parked in the street if I owned these beautys. Semper Fi, mike
