Have searched the internet ad nauseum for a 1:72 LC-130 (Skibird) conversion kit. Seems they quit making them a little over 10 years ago. If anyone can provide any info as to how I may aquire one, please advise. Thanks in advance!

Don’t remember exactly what they look like… Was it just the skis? If so, can you scratch the skis?
Just did a google image search for 130 on skis. Dozens of good shots. Most are military, but if I remember right, an L-130 was any 130 sold to civilians instead of the military, and I bet they would be the same skis.
As far as I remember the skis on the LC-130 are retractable into fairings, and those fairings would be nice to be had.
I might have some hope for you - there’s this German company, more than 40 years on the market now and they have an old school vacu conversion that lets you build the LC-130. Here’s the link:

The vacu sheet looks like this:

You also get a nice line drawing. It costs you 11 Euros plus shipping, so if you want that LC-130 badly, maybe it’s worth a try?
Good luck with your projects and have a nice day
