are there any LAV (light armourde vehicles) with the 20mm cannon turet on the market? If so who makes this? Are there any other types of LAV’s out on the market? What are there price range? [?]

Italeri makes the LAV 25 TUA tank killer, and LAV 25 Mortar Carrier.
Revell Germany makes the LAV-25 Piranha, which is the variant with the 20mm cannon, unless I’m mistaken. All of them are in 1/35 scale, as that’s the only scale I work with [:)]
All three are priced at around the same range. Less than 25US, for sure. If anything, the Revell one is a little bit more expensive. But all should definitely be under 25.
The LAV25 is armed with an M242 25mm Cannon. The Revell LAV25 is a pretty decent kit, but is a little pricey for what you get.

The Revell LAV-25 is the same kit as the Italeri LAV-25 (#259). Italeri made four variants of the LAV: LAV-25, LAV-Mortar, LAV-AT, and LAV-ADA. All are basically the same lower hull and running gear.
Esci made three versions: LAV-25, LAV-AT, and LAV-Command. They are OOP, but the Italeri kits were better.
They all start out on ebay for around $10 and go up. I want the 20mm version too thought I don’t care much for the mortar and hammer head [anti tank] versions. The revell kit i beleive comes with more recent decals, I beleive from the first gulf war. That’s the one I’m after but I’m willing to settle for one of the others. I also beleive the old ESCI hammer head kit comes with several figs [ troops and possibly tanker figs].
