How ironic, I’m working on the same kit. What did you use for the green? I can’t anything glaring, but Brit armor isn’t my stong point.
Question about the star on the turret. Is it safe to assume that many Cromwells didn’t have them? I personally don’t want one on mine.
Overall, nicely finished, though I might have drybrushed a bit over some of the higherpoints. Personal preferences. Cheers.
I used Tamiya’s Olive drab lightned it with a bit of heavily thinned dark yellow/olive drab mix.
To weather it I used Mig pigments europe mud/dust.
I did notice that the europe dust when applid was quite light however it darkened when I applied a matt finish but for my second attempt I am happy next project is a choice of three.
All 1/35 dragon Panzer iv tiger(p) and Late edition Panther(a)

Cool…tigerman, I just got a Cromwell too and am about to start fiddling with it along with my Kharkov dio…VERY nice kit…

Cromwell looks great, just finished the same kit, my first 1/35 since getting back into the hobby. Really enjoyed getting stuck into it, got a soft spot for Brit armour.
I’m using it as a tune-up for the GB. I just feel like building something. It’s been in the stash for years.
