Hans, the nose radome is a vac piece from the Paragon Conversion set.
Although your idea makes total sense as the shapes are similar.

Yup thats the kit!
Mine came with this blister and a new B-24 nose, the PE fret has enough for 1 fort and 1 libby.
Watch the resin nose gun plug, on mine it was mis cast and needed some filler lovin to work. No biggie but be ready.
