i remember i saw one picture of late tiger1 with early turret.

The most likely candidates would be the so-called “Hybrid Tigers” from Panzer Kompanie Fehrmann or Kompanie Hummel. These ad-hoc units used Tigers cobbled together from rebuilt hulls with late-model running gear, and in some cases, paired together with early-model turrets. You can Google the names for more details. Tiger I on the Western Front, Tigers in Combat, and other books as well, have photos of these vehicles. Here is a link to some shots of Fehrmann;
