You got six months to build TWO Monogram kits, any scale, any genre, any era, be they aircraft, armor, ships, cars, Sci-Fi, whatever…BUT… Only Classic Monogram, or Revell kits that were originally Monogram kits, are in… Post-merger kits (1986 or later) are ok, PROVIDED they were actually Monogram kits BEFORE the merger, and not released for the first time after the merger, regardless of what Logo is on the box… Think 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, with a sprinkling of early 80’s kits…
If your post in the Group Build Hooch has a time stamp that’s prior to 2400 Central, 31March, 2011 on MY computer when you declare your build-intentions on the kits, you’re ok…
If you decide not to join up, that’s fine… But, at least take a look at what the gang’s doing with these classic kits… There’s some real talent in there…

Nope, sorry… 'Course, there’s about 9,000 active CAF Colonels, so it’s hard to know everyone, lol… I know about 70, mostly the “Old Guard” from the bomber units… The fighter guys tend to keep to themselves, pretty much like a regular USAF unit would, lol…
I’m in a fighter unit (Great Plains Wing) right now, but Reg and “Gunfighter” pretty much go off on their own, lol… My ta-tas aren’t big enough to get much jump-seat time in the Mustang… Of course, Reg is pushin’ 70, so there’s talk of replacing the German kill markings on “Gunfighter” with Viagra pills…
