A dab of CA glue should hold the wire in place. If you do not have a hobby store close by you can just use regular superglue. Just be mindfull of were the glue is because it does bond anything to skin instantly!

They have great selections an dregular sales and discounts. And don’t forget ebay, there’s a lot of good stuff there as well.
