Hey all decided that I feel like touching some armor again. Been literaly years since I did a full Build.
Decided on the 1/35 Dragon Kit(missed out when it was last issued.
Anyhuh ordered the ModelKasten track-set for it but can’t find a stockist of the Metal Barrels or the Eduard set for it. Any figure set that would work with it would also help.
Anyone know a shop that stocks those?

I built that kit last year for the 1,000 road wheels GB. This is the Eduard set on Hannats in the UK. Might help you find it where you are.

I used the kit barrels but i am sure i saw some new metal barrels for it the other day, i will try and find it again.

All the LHS and online shops here are out of stock or quote it as discontinued. One shop has the metal barrels backordered but sez 6+months at the earliest.
I built the same kit Bish did.The barrels seemed just fine to me.I wouldn’t worry too much about them if ya can’t get any aftermarket parts.

Ye, i agree. The barrels are one piece and and fine as they are IMHO. This is mine when it was finished.
As for the Eduard, Hannants has 5 sets. I am placing an order with them next week. If you can’t get hold of a set, i can add one to my order and then send it over. But it might be a few weeks before you get it.

Thx, might need to impose as I don’t have a CC at the moment. Looking for an online shop that offers payment options that I can handle. I an wait for the PE as I got a ton of other kits coming in end of the month.

I know some places in the USA (i assume thats where you are) use Paypal. Hannants have just started that, but not sure how much they would charge postage to you. I will be sending the order next Tues, the 30th Nov. So let me know by then. It gets sent to my barracks address and i won’t be back there until the 9th Dec, but it should be there by then and i could have it off to you by that weekend.
