I got my E-2C in 1/48 from Kinetic. Nice kit, some minor issues, but nothing that is really making me sweat…
Except one thing… The cockpit floor is missing from the box. My plans were to make the thing gear up anyway because it is going to be hanging from the ceiling with the other big stuff (it’s fuselage is only a little bigger than an F-4, but anyway)
Anyway, I was considering ordering a replacement floor. Anyone have any experience dealing with Kinetic? Should I bother, or should I just go ahead with my plans to scratch a cockpit floor out of sheet styrene?
