very fine polishing sticks
from what i’ve read on the intertubes, you can start with a #11 xacto blade, to remove the seam line, then sand with #2400 sanding paper, then move gradually with a finer grade. once you are at roughly #12000, you can move on with polishing compounds. i personnaly use tamiya’s coarse compound. and finally dip the canopy in future.
i also recommend you use masking tape on either side of the seam to protect the rest of the canopy. and i’ve been told to sand along the seam, not across it.
there is a phototutorial on another forum, search on google, you can’t miss it 
The three grit sanding stick from Squardron works really well for that. Then as stated dip in Future and you will never see the line.
