Ki-84 Frank Upadate(1/48 Hasegawa)

Hey guys(and gals) its been a quite a while since ive touched this bird. Life has taken over and not allowed me to enjoy my hobbies for quite some time. Theres still alot left to do but i thought i would post some progress on my frank. I still havent really figured out my airbrush but practice practice will get me there. Also I tried the Salt technique for the paint chipping…but it didnt quite turn out how i wanted…oh well.

Forgive me but i shouldve dusted it up a bit before i took the pics. I didnt think it would show up…its been sitting on the desk for about 5 months.

Your frank is looking good- thought the dust was a cool weathering effect until you mentioned it! Looking forward to more updates. [:D]

Looks very nice! I built the Tamiya Frank years ago (very poorly I might add) and have the Hasegawa version on my short list. I, too, look forward to your updates.

Hey, i think your being hard on yourself. I think Frank looks great, especially in his optivisor. Oh the kit. LOL. Looks damn fine to me. Im looking forward to seeing more of it as it progresses.

…Guy
