just got these in yesterday

I got in yesterday a set of Friulmodel M2 Bradley Early model Track links. And from what I saw when I opened them up is that the holes for the track pins are open so I don’t have to drill them out. The wire they provided A huge loop with 4 strands of wire (I don’t think I need all 4) fits into the holes just fine all I will need to do is trim the wire to the right length. And it is funny but when I looked at the packages containing the left side links and the right side links there is the parts for the drive sprockets but the funny thing is I have an extra inner drive sprocket in each bag so if anyone needs any just let me know. And how many links make a full track on each side of the M2 since I am given 180 links and I don’t think there is 90 links per track on each side. BTW this set is going on my Tamiya M2 Bradley that I had been slowly working on with the old Eduard Interior and Exterior detail sets.

And I also got these 3 Eduard Detail sets for the M2 Bradley. But these are going on my Academy clone of the Tamiya M2 Bradley. what I got in is the M2 Bradley Interior detail , M2 Bradley Exterior , detail and the M2 Bradley Turret detail sets.

BTW the Turret detail set contains parts to build a complete turret deck and basket which is neat.

Would anyone know what the colors of the electrical equipment are White or Gray?

Whoowee, going all out on this guy. Should look great, good luck on it.

well at the very least going all out on the Academy M2 Bradley. Just got the tracks for the Tamiya M2 probably at some point get another for the Academy M2. What I didn’t show was the AFV tracks for the M1A1 & M1A2 Abrams which I am putting on the Academy Iraq war M1A1.

But seriously how many links are in each track on the M2?

On an actual Bradley, I believe it is 82 and 84 tracks per side. On the model, who knows. Best bet is to build them and see how many it takes. The electronic boxes are usually seafoam green as well. They can be white or dark green too, depending on the manufacturer.

Sounds like you have your work cut out. Good luck and keep us posted. I’m curious as to how the PE turret interior comes out. I scratched one out of plastic.
