I got back into building models last year for a bit, but once again took a part-time job to help pay for my Cherokee 140… my real one, not the low-quality model I have 3 of… LOL
As a result, I have not had the time to both fly, and be active in model building. But I like to pop in now and then to see what’s going on. Only 8 more months, give or take, and my plane will be paid off, the PT job a memory, and relaxing evenings gluing and painting little bits of plastic can resume! Hope everyone here is well, looking forward to getting back into the swing of things soon!
As requested… This pic was taken in Utah, where I bought the plane. Looks the same, except for the spinner. I had to replace it, so I just left it unpainted and polished it…
Very nice Rick, the first aircraft engine I started was in a Cherokee in A/P school. Purred like a kitten but with a bunch of rooky mechs I wouldn’t fly it. Thanks.[:D]
