Ju 88 C-6 Help

Hello! I recently bought the Pro Modeler 1:48 Ju 88 C-6 Night Fighting Version at Hobby Lobby for $10! I was wondering if there are any way I can make this kit better. Are there any major flaws with it? Also, how can I get that weird camouflage on it? Thanks for your time! [;)]

If I remember correctly this a rebox of the dragon kit. It’s shape and detail is excellent. Like many dragon kits it is very difficult to assemble and get it right. the fuselage is 4 parts and some of the clear are also multi part pieces. It will take some effort to construct even for a experienced modeler. As far as inprovements I don’t know if anyone sells detail set for this kit of not. I’m not familar with there release and the luftwaffe had alot of weird camo on there aircraft which one were you refering to?

The camouflage is the one that’s black with white squigglies all over it. Is there anyway of getting this without an airbrush? Thanks for your time! [;)]

there are people out there that have done nice camo jobs without a airbrush, but I’m not one of them. I tend to use an airbrush for almost everthing. I can’t help you in that department. you might also want to try posting that question in the techquine forum if you don’t get a response here.

Watch out for the painting instructions. Ive found some good photo’s that show somthing quite diffrent than the first scheme at least. As for painting, i’ve only ever tired one squiggle pattern, but i used an airbrush for that, so im not very helpful with that part.

Eduard release a PE kit (at least one) for the ProModeler kit & I think Engines & Things do a set of resin engines (but I am not sure). I have that kit in my stash & one of these days I will get around to starting it
