Jordi Rubio Gun Barrel

Hi all,

I’ve just received a Jordi Rubio L71 gun barrel in the post today (for a Jagdpanther) and have a question. This is the first time I’m using a turned aluminium barrel and there are lots of pieces of the casting left with the muzzle brake, specifically inside the brake.

How would I remove the bits of left-over casting?

Use a small file or trim away with an X-acto knife.

… and dont forget when done, make sure you spray it with a metal primer first before painting. Otherwise your paint wont stick to it very well and chipped easily.
