I was just wondering if there was a kit of the jeepster commando ever produced. My friend and I are restoring one but it’s his and I want one of my own. Thanks- Pat
MPC had done a couple of them. I have the Hombre version, which is a jacked up version, and I had the Safari version. The Safari can be made stock, safari or custom (no top for any version), and the Hombre is VERY close to stock, except for the wheels and tires, still no top. There aren’t any on eBay right now, but that is the best place to check.
yeah I’ve looked on there, I’d love to get one and paint it that factory teal color.
