Very nicely done. The helicopter looks great in the setting and the prop wash on the water’s surface is top notch. So I gotta ask, what did you do to get the efect.

I really like the ominous sky background. Really sets the mood and shows off the whole thing nicely.

It came out great. I really like the base with the USGC stripes. Good job.

thanks guys i appreciate your kind words, renarts i mixed some liquitex gloss super heavy gel with liquitex heavy body acrylic paint(tiny amount this stuff goes a long way)and just went around in circles with a long handled flat brush i’m glad yall like it i couldn’t tell if it came out good or not but thanks

Really nice diorama. I’m glad you added the rotor downwash. Really sets off the scene.

Good Job!! [#toast]

Well Done! A great looking dio. The water looks cool especially the rotar wash.

Cheers

It makes me feel sea sick. amazing piece of work. I love the rotorwash in the sea. Are those blades actually spinning? Post this in the helicopter forum as there are a lot of people who’ll miss out on this.

Nice job, Rich

richgb yeah they are rotating they were a major pain in my[censored]but they do work the tail rotor spins alittle faster than the main but thanks

That’s really great work. If you hated this and it came out this good, I would love to see a dio that you loved the entire time! The base and back drop are great. The lightning is also impressive. Great build…
