Doing a diorama with a Jadgpanzer IV. When the tank is all buttoned up, what is the procedure for tossing out spent shells? Want to scatter some around the tank but did not know if there is a reason for one side or the other of the tank.

I think on the jadgpanzer IV the spent rounds would be tossed out of the loaders hatch on the left side of the tank. I don’t think there is a port on the back of the superstucture, also if they were firing heavily the engine deck would become clogged. Hope this helps.
I would say out of the loaders hatch as well.
