Iwata Revolution Airbrush Line

Hey Friends,

What’s the consensus on the Iwata Revolution airbrush, specifically the HP-CR. Anybody have input/comments on this brush? I’ve been seriously contemplating its purchase.

Thanks,

John

Not sure about the HP-CR but I got the HP-CS and it’s great. Have a Paasche H which I thought was easy to clean but this one is so much easier. Easy to use including fine lines the first time. Comparable to some of the Badger (360) models and Omni and Vegas. Can’t go wrong with any of them.

ditto on the HP-CS

I use the HP-CR and it’s great. It was cheaper than my Aztek that I originally bought (I didn’t know anything about airbrushes at the time) and easier to clean. It’s sturdy, well balanced, and sprays great. All in all, I think you can’t beat it. I hadn’t used a double action airbrush before, but it wasn’t hard after a bit of practice. I can paint a pretty fine line now too, so I have no other airbrush ambitions. I’m totally satisfied with it and couldn’t reccomend one enough.

The finest gravity-feed, double action, all-around airbrush on the market for under $60.00! (www.DixieArt.com) Out of all the airbrushes I own, the Revolution Hp-CR gets the most use.

Thanks for the input guys… ordered it and just got it today.

Tell us what you think after you’ve adjusted to it some.

Will do Madda! I tell ya, in looking at it, and holding it in hand, I don’t need to push air through it to know that it’s a far cry better then the Azteks I’ve been using…LOL! Thanks again for the comments.
