Iwata question ? are you out there "Saltydog" ?

Question for “Saltydog” …( or anyone else )
I’m decieding between an Iwata " hp-cs" or “hp-c plus” for detailed spraying such as luftwaffa squigle, motteling, fine soft edge cam, and general spraying.Which is the more suitable brush ? I’m an experienced airbrush user working with enamels and acrylics. Thanks in advance …Peter !

I’ve also posted this question in the airbrush section and i apologise to the forum for my repetitive Iwata questions! Just need a little help as i’m indecisive. [:)] Thanks again !

Hi olsen, Thanks for the compliments on my 262. I used a badger200 single action. I bought it for about $75.00 Canadian.

Your welcome Jeff !!!

Save a bit of money and get yourself the HP-C (0.3mm dia. fluid nozzle). The Micron line, which is more costly, is developed with the graphic artist in mind. It’s designed for fine-line spraying of inks, etc.( 0.23 mm matched head system).

I have the HP-C, and will never use anything else. My primary modelling interests are WWII Luftwaffe and German armor. I’ve painted camo schemes on 1/144 scale A/C with mine. Good Luck!

JK

P.S. You might try looking on EBay…I picked mine up there last year for $89.
