I've stopped getting notifications for one thread

I’ve stopped getting notifications for the thread in Aircraft called “first aircraft”. I was receiving them up until this morning; could it be a site problem? Thanks for any help.

Hi Gary,

I’ve run a couple of test responses. It seems that the thread has automatically unsubscribed us to the email updates. On the right side of the screen you’ll see a box titled thread options. In it is an option called “email subscribe to replies to this forum”. Click that and you should be good to go.

I’ll start a ticket with our tech boys and see if they can fix the thread. Probably a misplaced 1 or 0.

There is a “mute thread” option, just under “Start a new Thread”. But if I click that, won’t that stop any notifications?

Hi Gary,

It looks like you’re subscribed to the entire aircraft forum. You must be getting a ton of email notifications! I’d suggest unsubscribing from the whole forum. That will give you the option to subscribe to specific threads in the dialog box we’re talking about. I can only assume that the reason the “first aircraft” thread is acting funny is because it’s competing with all the other threads coming your way. It seems the thread is working all right for everyone else, including me.

Hey Tim, still no joy! I tried a test post and no email. I also just posted to the collector or hoarder thread and the email appeared immediately. Sumthin’ ain’t right? Thanks again, Gary
