Its only going to contain 2 figures and some lite ground work. but as for whats been done so far besides painting the uniforms on the sniper team im building iv had to modify the shooters arm so it will hold the wepon properly. pardon my spelling, iv had a long night with a sick 2 year old[|)] but being its my first any and advive will be welcome. Thanks for everything yall
Andy
I’d like to see that, I want to someday do a small dio of a sniper, like the scene in Saving Private ryan where the german is in the bell towere and gets a bullet right in they eye. or a scene from enemy at the gates.
Welcome to FSM Andy. Since you are working on snipers what @FrozzzenColorado88 sounds really good dioramas for you to do. Good luck and please if you are able post some pictures when your project is complete. I hope your 2 yearold is feeling better.

Welcome aboard Andy,
Advice? We got plenty, but is it advice you need? [;)] Narrow it down for us and I’m sure you’ll end up with an abundance of it. This is a great, friendly, helpful bunch.

Welcome Andy, whats the problem with the little one???
you can feel free to take my saving private ryan idea, cause I am still working on learning open field dioramas… so I probably wont even move to a simple intact farm house of a while… lol besides youd probably do it better than I ever could.
I have built a few simple dioramas based on Bill Maudlins WW-II Willie & Joe cartoons.
Such as the German Stug-3 parked over their foxhole and Joe calling in for Artillary fire, adding that they have to be a might careful. In fact, over the years I have done that one twice for model contests.
