Hey all

Just touching base with everyone and intoducing myself.
I recently returned to the hobby after about a 5 year absence. I must admit it sure feels good to be back. As you can tell my my handle I like to build Tiger Tanks…NOT. Give me an ugly old Ronson any time. Don’t ask me why but to me there’s nothing like building a 1/35 Sherman and it’s many variants. There must be a support group out there for people like me.
Any suggestions?

Hi, and welcome, then!

Shermans are not my top-of-the-list subjects, but I really do like (a lot) the Calliope…! The -E8 HVSS is pretty cool too, while other weird ones, Aunt Jemina and the like, have always interested me too. I do 1/72 or 1/76 mostly. The last Sherman I built, though, was a 1/35 model, to represent a scene in Kelly’s Heroes… That was 5 years ago.
