Italian armor fans rejoice

It is hard to find decent info and pictures of WW2 Italian armored vehicles so I was quite happy yesterday to find Squadron Signal has released Italian Armored Vehicles of WW2 #6089. At first I thought it was just a reprint of their earlier Italian medium tanks book but its not, its an 8/1/2 x 11" 64 page book full of stats and photos of tanks, armored cars sp guns etc. I don’t know what it cost I just saw it and added it to my basket of goodies without looking but I’d guess about $15.

Just thought I’d share in case there’s anyone else out there who’s interested in Italian armor.

Aaronw,
thanks for the info!
there was a thread or two abt Italian armor recently.
references are welcome, but it would be nice if some of the major manufacturers would kit some of these in styrene!

No kidding, there are some pretty nice resin kits out there but as much as I’d like a model of an AB41 armored car I’m not willing to spend $100 on one yet.
Only styrene kits I know of are the M13/40 tank and M40 Semovente both by Tamiya (and I think old Revell molds). Maybe one of the East European companies will come through with one.

Thanks for the info, can’t have too much ref material.
