I purchased italeri’s M-923 5 ton Truck. I bought this kit about a year ago and i was finishing up all of my kits and came acros this one and was woundering if anyone has build it? How are the fits and are there any defaults on this kit? What kind of aftermarket “stuff” (if any) is there.

[:D] hi Seaknght,yes i have that kit,and im just about finshed it,just have to paint it.all the parts go toghter pretty good,just make sure the frame is staight or it will look funny.and if you dont get to cab area the right way to doors wont fit,that is about all i can proplem wise,have a good build.[:D]

The cargo bed will have to be covered up with thin plastic stock. the kit has a wood molded floor and it should be smooth steel. I t lack a lot of detail but there is a lot of after market stuff out there that will help you to build a very nice example. As Rob has said and directed you to Pawels article on his build, you can make a winner out of this model.
