I bought the 1/48 Panavia Tornado and found the parts tree containing the wing halfs and the stabs is missing. does any one have this tree that I could trade for something, or buy off of?I’d like to finish the kit-J

Firstly contact your retailer and explain the situation, if no joy there go direct to the distrbuter/importer.
Here in the UK an item has to be suitable for the intended purpose and retailers have to abide by this law even on sale/discounted items. Not sure where your based but there must be somthing similar in your country. The only exception to this is if you made were aware of the fault before purchase.
The ultimate option is to make as many people as possible aware of this situation, such as on this site. As a past retailer nothing is more annoying on a busy day than every customer demanding to check the contents of each item before purchase.
