Has anyone got any info re.the Italeri S100? Heard it was due for Nov. release,but that info is several months old. Any links re.test shots,firm release dates?? Thanks, Mike
No, but I bet it’ll be a lot better than the old revell schnell boot…
I know it will be better than the 1:36 scale Tian Jie S-100 . There were some problems with the TJ S-100: PE brass and CNC plastic didn’t match the diagrams in the “instruction” book; not enough CNC plastic parts for the engine room vent trunks; poor resin fittings; no detailed diagrams of the guns; etc.
Don’t know where you got your information, but the “old” Revell S-boat is only about 5 years old and is quite good.

The “old” Revell kit is the basis for the “new” Revell S-boat with a quad 20mm; a conversion which many modelers chose to make on their own using available armor kits.
Perhaps you are confusing the excellent Revell kits with the Airfix kit of an older vintage
